Meet the Team
Mashal Awais
Mashal is an environmental scientist with over 10 years of experience working alongside communities, government entities, non profit organizations and academic institutions to address current environmental challenges of our time.
With an interest in collaborating across multiple disciplines, she approaches the scientific methodology with a social justice lens, and is rooted in finding solutions that are representative of the communities they serve, and centers nature and rights of nature in their approach. When she is not working, she likes to spend time (preferably outdoors) with her family and friends.
Rishab Jagetia
Rishab Jagetia is an environmental policy analyst, researcher, and organizer with experience working with Indigenous leaders, local governments, nonprofits, and universities in the United States and Latin America. He seeks to integrate community perspectives into public planning in order to ensure that all stakeholders can be heard in issues with environmental and social impacts.
When not working, he likes to play sports with his friends, go camping in the mountains, or write about politics.

Research develop and support environmental strategies that are rooted in local knowledge and technical expertise. Our focus on environmental analysis and management aims to create resilient, sustainable, and equitable solutions for businesses and communities.
SPATIAL ANALYSIS AND DATA VISUALIZATION
Experienced in spatial analysis and data visualizations, we can manage and support data needs from integrating qualitative data to visualizing data , and powerful maps and analysis to support client needs to make impactful decisions.
